DMCA Policy

Kinward, Inc. ("Porchside") respects intellectual property rights and responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This Policy describes how to submit a notice and how we handle them.
1. Reporting Infringement
If you believe content on the Service infringes a copyright you own or control, send a written notice to our designated agent that includes: (1) your physical or electronic signature; (2) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (3) identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it; (4) your name, address, telephone number, and email address; (5) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (6) a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on its behalf.
2. Designated Agent
Notices should be sent to our designated copyright agent at support@porchside.co with the subject line "DMCA Notice." Porchside will register a designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office.
3. Our Response
Upon receiving a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and take reasonable steps to notify the user who posted it.
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address that includes your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, your contact information, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district. We may restore the material if the original complainant does not file a court action within the time the law allows.
5. Repeat Infringers
We will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
