Child Safety Standards

Last Updated: May 27, 2026

Porchside is an adults-only (18+) social platform operated by Kinward, Inc. for meeting people through real, in-person activities. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These standards describe how we prevent, detect, and respond to CSAE on the Service, in line with applicable law and Google Play’s child safety standards policy.

1. Zero-Tolerance Standard

We prohibit any content or conduct that sexualizes, exploits, endangers, or abuses a minor, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, enticement, sextortion, and trafficking. There are no exceptions. Confirmed violations result in immediate content removal, permanent account termination, preservation of relevant evidence, and reporting to the appropriate authorities.

2. Adults-Only Service

Porchside is restricted to users aged 18 and over. We collect date of birth at sign-up and block registration by anyone under 18, and we use identity and selfie verification to deter misuse and impersonation. Any account determined to belong to a minor is removed.

3. Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on Porchside: • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form, including real, animated, or AI-generated imagery. • Sexualization of minors, or content that depicts or encourages it. • Grooming, solicitation, or enticement of a minor for sexual purposes. • Sharing, requesting, or facilitating access to CSAM, on or off the platform. • Any attempt to use the Service to contact, exploit, or endanger a minor.

4. Reporting CSAE or CSAM

Every profile, message, photo, and activity in the app can be reported using the in-app report control. You can also email our child safety point of contact at ae@porchside.co. Reports of suspected CSAE or CSAM are prioritized and reviewed promptly. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement first. In the United States, you may also report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org or 1-800-843-5678.

5. How We Respond

When we identify apparent CSAE or CSAM, we remove the content, terminate the responsible account(s), preserve relevant data as permitted by law, and report apparent CSAM to NCMEC and/or the relevant authorities as required. We cooperate with law enforcement requests consistent with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

6. Legal Compliance

We comply with applicable child-safety laws, including United States federal reporting obligations under 18 U.S.C. § 2258A, which require reporting apparent CSAM to NCMEC. We review these standards periodically and update them as our practices and the law evolve.

7. Point of Contact

Our designated child safety point of contact is reachable at ae@porchside.co and is able to speak to our CSAM prevention practices and compliance. Kinward, Inc. Austin, Texas
